Welcome to this "Grassroots Grapevine",  Tarboro's community discussion board, an online place to network and share community news;  an open forum for topics concerning Tarboro and its residents, where you are welcomed and encouraged to post your comments, questions, ideas, opinions and suggestions.  Unfortunately, we have found it necessary to have   RULES  for the discussion board:    You do not have to register to post, and you may post anonymously, however we ask that you use the same "nickname" each time you post.  Multiple posts from the same IP address using different nicknames to appear as different posters may be removed at the administrator's discretion.  No advertising or spam.  The forum administrator reserves the right  to delete posts or portions of posts to preserve the integrity of the website.
